I believe its Ontario. I know fedex uses Burbank. I don't think it be Van Nuys since only private planes flying out of there. I know I'm not much help.

I have 3 coming to Rochester and something quite hilarious happened...
2 made it onto the Newark flight.
1 of them waited a little longer in KSDF and got on the KSDF-KSYR (Syracuse) flight. I would think it would make more sense to have it go to KSYR and not KEWR. Oh well... lolol. There are 2 flights back to KSDF from KEWR tonight if they decide to push it back with plenty of time to make it on the later KSYR flight tomorrow morning and make it to me. Craziness UPS, craziness!
The import scan is the last customs thing after which the phone can be delivered to a US address.
Arrival scan is the phone went through the scanner at a facility for incoming packages. You may also see location scans and departure scans.
Arrval scan at 5:33 in Portland! My phone is taking a little rest after all that traveling and partying it did. It will then be off to Tualatin for the night. I so hope it arrives not long after 10:45am.
They flew into Los Angeles. That's where mine landed and I am in San Fernando valley

Called and asked "where will it be held and what time will it b available if I have Apple call?" She said the Monroe location at 8am and just said, "I can do that for you."
The location called 5 minutes later saying "we don't have that so can't hold it."
after a couple of additional phone calls they said someone did something wrong but my phone would be waiting either way. Good enough for me. So you might try calling Apple. My only fear, they fail to hold it (has happened before) and it ends up on the truck, who then doesn't attempt delivery because of the hold. When things go south w/ UPS, they REALLY go bad!
Weird. My order finally went from processing to shipped at 6pm this afternoon. UPS.com says that they have not received the package yet, but packagemapping.com says that my phone is sitting in a hub in Jonestown, PA.
I wonder if apple is assigning some orders with phones that were originally sent over for people who cancelled?

It's more of a major city than somewhere like Blair, Wisconsin or something
