Just asked my dad and he said exceptions show for a variety of reasons. He said mostly it was due to not being able to locate the given address, or damage to the package.

I bet they are overwhelmed with calls. It sucks but I am about 4 hours and change away from them. I may still get it tomorrow, if not, I can wait a little longer. Sucks but it is what it is.
