I bet UPS saw their phone lines blow up and said "I don't give a crap how bad the weather is, get these damn phones out of here!" hahahha

HAHAHA! Yes that's my theory!

If USPS can deliver in rain or sleet or snow or dark of pre-iPhone launch night, SO CAN UPS!!!

I wonder who is going to be the poor guy who is the last stop for the UPS guy at 9pm tomorrow night?
I don't usually get my deliveries till later afternoon.....I feel I might be in these shoes tomorrow. Not that I'm too worried...I mean we all need to cut UPS some slack for all the deliveries they will be making in one day.

I always am. No clue why, I live just off a major business area but for whatever reason I am almost last delivery.

Dang your bad luck. I went and signed up for a confirmed delivery window from 11:45 to 13:45. This way I know when it is going to show up. I am like you, normally I am near the end of the route.

Just checked on iShip and packagemapping and they say

Service: NEXT DAY AIR SAVER
Expected: Sep. 21, 2012 4:30 PM

That usually is around the time my packages come, we shall see.
Doesn't say any time on the UPS site so I'm happy to see some idea on timing somewhere.

Not sure if anyone else has this update.

Finally we defeated the UK thread. I sorta knew we could do it tonight. Last night we bought it to 30 but hey it is about morning in UK so expect a flood of posts there.

I can't see their thread through all this freedom! :p

HAHAHAHA, this would be a great time for a UPS commercial. Delivery drivers dredging through 4 feet of mud and water.... LOL

2000 of that will come tomorrow from people who got their phone posting.

1000 of that will come tomorrow from people who haven't got their phones and getting pissed.

Tomorrow for you, today for me, I'm off to bed. See you in the morning......

It's the scan indicating that the CBP and Customs Clearance has been complete, the electronic documentation has cleared and that the package is now "fully imported" into the destination country.

Awesome! Great info, thanks. My IP5 is now American!

I have some oddball tracking going on. Anyone have something like this:

I ordered two iPhone 5s (1-16gb black, 1-32gb white, both at&t). I placed the orders as two separate orders. I received separate order confirmations, separate shipping notices, and two different tracking numbers. One of the tracking pages says it delivers by 10:30am. The other delivers by 3pm. The odd thing is the two packages are different weights 2lbs and .4kg. One package originated in Illinois & the other package in China. They are both in Philadelphia as of now.

Anyone in LA/SF Valley area get movement yet? It's been sitting at the airport for almost 5 hours....

Interesting... UPS says my phone is now "on vehicle for delivery today". I'm hoping that my phone will be delivered in in the early am (5-8), but I don't think so. Does anyone know what the earliest delivery time for Manhattan is?
