The only number I have on my support profile is the serial, did you search by that? Mine showed up in the profile about two hours ago but no luck with UPS yet, I've got four tabs open trying every number I can find.

Can anyone confirm whether entering country and zip actually makes a difference?

I have Daytime, Mobile, and Evening phone numbers in the My Apple ID column on the left of the support page. I searched UPS for the mobile phone number listed there to get the tracking info. This is not the number associated with the phone being upgraded.

Thats what mine looks like too (from Denver also)! does yours say Denver on the far left? Mine says somewhere in WA :(

Does this answer your question?

Did you get free standard shipping?
Yup.

Updated with 16GB Black Sprint.

Thanks!! :)

Right - the number associated with the phone being upgraded is not the one being used as a reference, but the primary phone number on either the carrier account, or as you said - the mobile number on the Apple ID. This is the way it has been for previous iPhone orders in the past as well.

Ok thanks, yeah I'm currently running my number (the "daytime number") my old number (the "evening number") and the primary number on the account. Plus my order number, the order number minus the last two digits, the order number without the "W" and the order number without the "W" minus the last two digits.

Something is bound to happen!

Why not just sign up for the free version of UPS My Choice? Then you'll see it in your account the second it is entered.

What I read earlier is that we are suppose to try to search our store account billing number. The number I searched for (the mobile number shown on my support page) has not been the billing or shipping number for my account.

I dunno but those not finding tracking data may want to check what phone numbers are listed on the support, account, and ID pages. I found some surprises.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record - 'or, just sign up for My Choice.'

Anyone on Sprint have a UPS tracking status? BTW...anyone get an email regarding shipping (Sprint or not)?

Didn't get an email but I was able to track it through "reference" on UPS. It left Nashville around 4:00pm today according to UPS. Started in Nashville too, not China.

Does this answer your question?

Yup.

My tracking also looks exactly like this. Exact same times and everything excluding the delivery location. Kinda sucks that it's coming all the way from China so I kinda doubt that I'll get my phone early... lol

Just as a note of interest, my two Lightning USB cables just shipped from Shenzhen as well, but via FedEx. I still can't figure out why they have used UPS for this launch. Cables are scheduled to deliver on Thursday - just in time for use on Friday. :D

How did you find out about them? store.apple.com or did you search by reference number?

UPDATE - Nevermind: I see mine too. Also shipping via FedEx. Estimated date of delivery is Thursday the 20th.

They probably use UPS from Zheng Zhou because it's cheaper. I notice my Lightning cables are shipping from Shenzhen - something else (I ordered from Apple in the past) also came from Shenzhen, and also shipped FedEx. Perhaps UPS has services that fly from much closer to where all these iPhone 5s are being manufactured...

I'm still "awaiting action" and was told it will still be delivered on the 21st by Apple via phone.
