They probably have nothing better to do than tell you what's been rehashed here a couple hundred times. Most people had to search out their own tracking info, and A LOT of phones are already stateside at various 3rd party locations where they will ship out from tomorrow/Thursday. If it's in your support profile, and shows a delivery date of Friday, there is nothing to worry about.
EDIT: sorry if that comes off harsh. Just remember they are trying to coordinate the shipment of a couple million phones over the course of a week. There are almost 3,000 posts in this topic, and I get frustrated when people drop in, ask something that's been covered on 50 pages of posts, and don't take the time to look at anything beforehand.

Apple told me I should be receiving shipping confirmation tomorrow or Thursday and they overnight the orders. You'll be fine...chill
Anybody with a delivery date of 9/19 still stuck at "processing items"? Starting to get slightly worried. Conformation email was at 4:05am est.

I have two packages with two tracking numbers. Each package weighs at two pounds... Wonder why each is so heavy. I don't think the 6 plus is that heavy!

Well it is an iPhone. Decent battery life isn't really an expectation. Although today was a good day, only 2 full charges.
Probably the main reason I got the 6+, I hope battery somewhat improves on that phone but I'm not going to hold my breath.

If I preordered and chose in-store pickup, would it be safe to assume that my phone won't show up in my support profile yet since they probably just grab one from stock when I show up? Or would I already have a specific one assigned to me? Apologies if this question was addressed earlier.
Nope hahaha it has been stuck on "processing items" this whole time and it's now "preparing for shipment" finally. Still happy hahah

Oh that is good, I am happy for you. Mine has been stuck on Preparing for Shipping since Saturday. So I hope you don't have to wait that long. 🙂
It's just rounded up number. Apple is shipping so many phones that they have a flat rate set with the carrier so the weight/dimensions really don't mean anything at that point they can write anything in there.
My silver 64gb iphone 6 was finally added to my support profile and produced in week 35 (September). There is hope people they are going to arrive on time!
