Even though some say they are in China they are probably already reaching customs..

After you see the serial number on the support page, how do you find out when it was made, etc?
Same. 6+ Verizon - Not sure what to do at this point. Frustrated to be stuck with nothing at this point.
Mine is in the same shipment. I noticed others that had a day later they are moved to Alaska already. Mine is still in China like yours

I am waiting for my iPhone 6 too, living in germany. I think there are already phones in e.g. prague oder amsterdam. Then we may have to wait until tomorrow, to get our shipping notifications
Woke up this morning and saw the money for both my orders back in my Bank of America account. Neither order shows as canceled on Apple's website and BOA's customer service says that it's fine. I just find it weird because the transaction was processing for 5 days. I know the difference between a processing transaction and a temporary hold and it never showed up as a temporary hold on my account online. Anyone else have this issue?
I have a 6+ AT&T for 9/19 delivery that still does not show in support or ups. Ordered another one, same model and everything 20 minutes later and is already departed from Alaska. Not feeling good about my chances of getting it Friday unless it ships very, very soon.

Stuck in the same boat as a few other people. Delivery Date is 9/19, but the status is preparing for shipment still. Also it hasn't shown up on my support page yet. Funnily enough my iPhone 5 wasn't registered either.
It's already Wednesday night here...can't wait till Friday! Only the day after tomorrow!

I ordered my iPhone 6+ 128GB at 12:40AM PST last Friday. Delivery by 9/19 but no shipment, no reference, no serial number in my support profile page. My credit card was charged and showed as pending but the pending charge disappeared today

Same with Chase. Both of my phones were pending since Friday and have dropped off my account now and both are to be delivered 9/19. Both still show preparing for shipping on apple.com, but only one is available to find via UPS.
In the past I've had similar. I have literally had phones delivered and wasn't charged till over a week later.
Funds are back in my account right now as well. don't worry.
Mine is in the same boat: preparing and no progress since tracking 'departure' Monday night. I assume it's either in the US already or at the airport in CN waiting to depart. I recall the same thing happened 2 years ago and everything popped the last day (since they need to be at the UPS or Fedex depot Thursday night for pickup or delivery Friday). Tracking seems to be 'frozen' on these (because it's a bulk shipment? Because it actually hadn't moved? who knows).

Long time reader, first time poster. I'm having exactly the same issue. Charge disappeared from my capital one card. Nothing on support profile or UPS/Fedex. Shows delivery 9/19 on order page. Verizon 6+Gold 64 gb
This is really weird. Nothing in support profile, nothing on UPS, sprint 64gb Plus. For some reason, even though I got a subsidized (full subsidy, new subscriber) 5S last year, the Apple Store only charged me $399 for the Plus. I got this document thanking me for being a Sprint customer on the Sprint website, not sure what it means but it seems to think I still have a 5S. Very confusing.
Also, it's been 5 days on the debit charge so the pending charge went away. Paypal says "cancelled" but it's probably just the 5 day hold going away.
