Ok thanks guys, it just weird. I have 2 64GB pluses to be delivered this Friday, but both are still saying preparing for shipment, but one is in the device support profile with a tracking number in my ups. No other info.

I order two phones:
6 64gb from ATT Premier as soon as I could on Friday morning. Got through about 2:20am CDT.
Just checked my order under MyATT orders and it updated over night to show shipped with a FEDEX tracking number. Was picked up on 9/13 but is held for delivery on Friday 9/19. ATT generic order status side does not show the tracking number.

I think everyone's is still showing Preparing for Shipping, that ordered from Apple. Have you checked your support profile?

- My wife's iPhone 6 Plus (64GB Silver AT&T) turned up on support profile and UPS. It's a week 36 Chengdou, and it's chillin' in Tennessee, and still "preparing".
I've been hoping at least one of the phones would accidentally be a 9/18 delivery, as I have to go away for the weekend the night of the 18th. My neighbor will claim the phones if I'm not there, but I wanted at least one to bring with me.
But I think if it's already stateside it'll be part of the carefully orchestrated Friday delivery. I think the only early deliveries are those rushed last minute from China that don't have time to join the queue of patiently waiting phones.

Yea I do bit it's not showing nothing for ups. And I even had a shipped package from amazon yesterday. Not showing that either. My sister has a track label made. I don't. We ordered under two different accoints. I'm Verizon. She's att.

You are exactly correct my iphone 6 plus ref number is actually same as one other 6 plus we ordered for another line.
Today when entering the main phone number UPS shows two shippers are using same number so what I did was enter USA and my zip code then enter.There they are both tracking numbers. again like you said your phone number may not be a ref number especially when your order more than one phone.Thanks for this info.

I have 2 6+ ordered with Apple, 2 separate orders, 1 is preparing to ship and has been for several days. The other still says processing. The one that's still processing is showing up on my support page but the other isn't. Also this one is to be picked up in the store and the other is to be delivered.
Two business days until you will be able to pick it up hopefully. I have two, one is in Mount Juliet as well. The other is sitting in China I guess. Both have a date of 9/19, but a UPS rep just told me that the order in China now has a delivery date that is to be determined because I requested it be held for pickup. I didn't ask about the Mount Juliet one, I assume it is probably the same. I'm hoping my request for pickup didn't just delay my packages.
I just checked UPS again and the one thats being delivered shows up for the 19th!

It doesn't. I've done it for dozens and dozens of packages. They route it to your local sorting facility/customer care center, then hold it. Nothing changes except that it doesn't go on the delivery truck Friday morning.
I hope I don't see one in the wild in the week and a half until my Oct 1st hopeful date. I would be very jelly.
Thanks for your response. It's good to have a little reassurance. Her saying the delivery date was now to be determined worried me. On my page it still says the 19th though, so I'm hoping all will be well. 2 more days!
Honestly, anyone in post-launch date deliveries who don't see their upgrade used up - if you live near enough to an Apple store, I'd recommend playing the nightly 9pm "lottery" to see if you can reserve one for in-store pickup the next day, and cancel your other order if you manage to secure one.
He ordered it through AT&T so they shipped it through fed ex I think he has the wrong thread.
