Hey, if you caught the rep's name, send it directly to Tim Cook's email address and let their executive team sort it out. Short & irritating shouldn't be employed by Apple for long, and you may still get something out of it at the end.
Thanks, I am... but again, nothing I can do. I really want the 6+ so I will wait. At least it isn't 4 weeks out, like other. Gotta look on the bright side of life!

Well surprise surprise!!! When I ordered my iPhone 6 plus the ATT rep said it would come 1 week late. When i got the confirmation it said it would not ship until November. I got ticked about that. I was going to cancel my order and take my chances at the store on Friday. Then I got an email about am hour ago from ATT saying that it shipped. I checked the tracking and sure enough FedEx says I will have it by 3pm on Friday. I'm actually a bit excited now! Good job att
Same unless it's coming an alternate flight. We will know in a little bit. Flights should take 2 hours tops

my order has said 9/19 delivery since the day I ordered from apple app. I ordered it the night of pre-orders. The day before shipment which is today. I just went in to check the order and they changed it... a week later they changed my shipping date to end of september. I don't understand. I even called them this morning to verify that it was coming tomorrow... they assured me it was. so weird .. anyone else have this happen to them?

someone quickly tell me the average time that you guys have been waiting for shipment details once it turned to Prepared for shipment? How many days or if hours etc.... details details details... Thanks in advance.
Oh leave her alone, if you haven't bothered to read her other posts then don't comment. She ordered two phones on the 12th and one is showing up in her support profile and has a tracking number and the other hasn't made an appearance at all so naturally she's anxious and some of us love our phones a lot so we get a little over worked when things don't run smoothly. Everyone is different just cut her some slack.
I was in that same situation, but took a different action and lost. Cancelled the ATT order, preordered from Apple, got a 9/19 date (with the reservation holding a phone for me), then ATT cancelled my Apple order Tuseday because they apparently did not reset my eligibility (and twice failed to fully cancel the order).
These things seem to be a crapshoot!

Same happened to me. Delivery date is now the 23rd.
The title of thread is pre orders at apple.com, not orders from AT&T, Verizon, etc. Can we keep the responses on topic please ! There are other threads for orders from other places...

Do you live in Dallas? See I thought mine was going straight from Louisville to Oklahoma, where I live, but sure enough, it has now stopped at DFW like yours ughhh.
