Hung up on one screen on ATT Premier website. Won't pull up the devices for my second line. First one was fine. FRUSTRATING

Yes. It has happened before. One year I gave up and went to AT&T direct and regretted it. Just wait it out. (no guarantee, just my opinion).

It's one of the reasons I just do the line thing. Don't trust my luck on pre-orders, especially since I need to do messy things like cross-upgrade, etc.
