Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

So Im looking at ordering a 6 plus on apple.com tomorrow. Is there a certain capacity / color combo thats shipping slower or faster than the rest.
I think every color/ capacity is backordered. You may be able to get by with ordering the 16GB Plus with an earlier delivery date, but I seriously doubt it.
Yeah thats what I figured. Im going to show up at my local Apple store tomorrow morning before they open but if I strike out there I'm going to order online.
I had a preorder through AT&T that I placed on the 12th and I wasn't scheduled to get it until mid November. So either way I will hopefully get it sooner.
In my neck of the woods, the most available during launch weekend (i.e. I could have walked out of the AT&T store or Best Buy with it on Saturday, plus it was available for in-store pickup at a nearby Apple store) was the 128GB gold.
Returned my iphone 6 that i ordered from apple and received on the 19th. Lovely phone, best build phone ever and the camera is astonishing, i have never used a better camera on a phone. This honestly replaces a dslr. But battery life for me is just ok, not bad like the 5s but "ok". So i ordered a 6Plus, shipping between october 21st and 28. Dont mind waiting, it is absolutely worth it.

Anyone else have a departure scan from Zhengzhou at 5:20PM 9/22/14? If so, have you seen any movement since then?
It's just odd because I know they don't ship to the US directly from there. It should go to Shanghai or Shenzhen first. I don't know if the tracking is just behind or there is a pallet sitting on a dock somewhere that has been forgotten.

@ tgenius where do you live because if you live closer to the northeast like me i think it might be going to chicago instead of louisville giving the delivery times ups gave us.

https://supportprofile.apple.com will show your phone and serial number right around the same time your order goes from "Processing" to "Preparing Shipment" on the Apple Store order tracker.
Apple.com/support and type in "My Support Profile" in the search field. This will bring up all devices you have from Apple. Typically once your iPhone has been initiated in their queue, they update this page with your serial # and model.
There are a bunch of flights from Anchorage to Louisville. I am sure yours (actually ours) will be on one the next ones:

I'm an Air Traffic Controller here in Austin.. a UPS flight always flies in around 5:30am, yours will probably be here in the morning
when do you think those will be delivered? could be all those for tomorrow delivery or the 24th and 25th too?
Depends on where you are, and what your method of shipping is. Mine is standard and is expected to arrive on 9/25 (SF, California). Don't think it will arrive early. At Loiusville, I think UPS will sort shipments that are 1-day / 2-day priority and mine will leave tomorrow.
Well it's reassuring that's it's not just mine. I requested a delivery intercept because UPS always shows up when both myself and my wife are at work. So I had them deliver it to my local UPS Store instead. It pushed my delivery back a day for whatever reason. But I was afraid I threw a wrench in the gears by having done so.No movement either
