Yeah. Mine is still languishing in Louisville since early Sunday morning. The delivery date still says Thursday though - even though others who ordered AFTER I did have delivery dates of today and tomorrow. At this point, I'm getting worried it got lost somehow, being one of 20 million in transit.

Mine was originally scheduled 10/13 - 10/20 so I was happy to see a notification that my shipment was on its way like two weeks early. But now it's just been sitting in China for 5 days! They teased me with early shipment, but now it's driving me crazy seeing no progress from UPS... ARRRGGGHH!!!!

Exactly, preorder means your are ordering first to get your product early. Since we ordered on 9/12 then we should have been first priority to our orders and then so on. It's makes no since and I have lost a lot of respect for Apple. I will never preorder again or buy on launch day. Hopefuly there are many more who will do the same and it might send a message.

Japan?

Mine just couldn't seem to make it out of Asia (looks like it has finally). I have been following the thread and have not seen any others go to Japan yet. Especially with a final destination of Michigan. Weird.

And now I'm a panicky mess. If it drops to 10/6 I may or may not break my current phone in half.

What you're saying seems very likely though. There seems to be no rush to get the phone out of KY.

Yep its flying and one of my phones is on this flight coming to Texas 10/2 delivery
 
mines just updated like two others who posted my same location and dates. I'm located in oregon

Same here Dave. I'm hoping that I get an email confirmation by at least next Tuesday as well. This is insane. Even though we have later shipping dates yet others with the same dates have theirs on the way already. I hate being so wrapped up in it. I just can't help it. Haha.

Why am i the only one who had a Shanghai checkin at 9/27 at 9:25 pm that hasnt left Shanghai yet?? Still have a 10/2 delivery date.:mad:
