Stuck in Louisville?
UPS tracking still indicates a Thursday delivery for my 6+, but it's been sitting in Louisville since Friday. I'm sure there has to me thousands of phones on those pallets, which probably is the reason for the delay? Anybody out there have any insight into supply chain management for UPS? I would think the phones on the pallets are organized according to regions in the US? And there not breaking the pallets down to onsie-twosies go here..., etc.
Watching flight tracker, hoping mine leaves Louisville on the 4:45 PM UPS flight to Phoenix, and an overnighter to Lake Havasu CIty for delivery on Thursday.

I guess mine won't get here any earlier than 10/2. It missed the last flight from Louisville to Ontario Calif. today.

What does it mean when you receive an e-mail ATT_Update mentioning about Thank you for choosing AT&T... I received this e-mail 1 day before I received tracking information. Does it mean?!?! hehe.
My delivery date also got changed to tomorrow. I don't think that's happening, but ok.
Mine was stuck in Shanghai until this afternoon when it departed for Anchorage. Still have delivery date of 10/2 so far...

I sure hope you are right. UPS tracking s said my 6+ will be delivered 10/2 all along and - so far - that hasn't changed. My 6+ has been in Louisville since very early Sunday morning.

No, I'm scheduled for 10/2. I was hoping it would get on the last plane today so I would have it tomorrow.
I feel crazy for trying to track this thing down...it'll get here when it gets here...
But I think I figured out it is on UPS81 and will arrive in Louisville at 1:18 a.m. on Wednesday morning. It really looks like it just stays on the same flight from Shanghai to Anchorage to Louisville.

Really depends... there are some that only takes a day or two. Others have had false starts for a good week.
Not saying yours won't stay on the same flight, but mine didn't. The plane continued on to Louisville and my phone stayed in Anchorage.
Ordered 6+ at 3:30 am 9/12 (Pacific time) from Apple Store, had a 10/13-20 delivery date. It took 14 days of "preparing for shipment" to get the "shipped" notice on 9/26 that said it would be delivered 10/6 but the tracking said (and still does) delivery 10/2. It got to Louisville on the 28th and is still there. Stay tuned.
In Anchorage - 9/30 at 1:33 pm! Woo hoo!

Ugh, hope mine ships sooner than the 21st. No tracking number yet of course. Hopefully I can search the UPS website tomorrow.
