Stuck in Louisville
Well, it's official: UPS is incompetent. My phone was suppose to be delivered today. It arrived in Louisville early this morning and had plenty of time to catch a 4 or 5am flight to North Dakota. Nope, it hadn't even cleared customs yet -- which I was told by a UPS rep that it had cleared in Alaska. Now I have a scheduled delivery of tomorrow. Thanks, UPS.

You have the same as me. Although mine is still set for end of day today. I wish they would just update it till tomorrow and stop torturing me

I thought mine had made it to Anchorage and then to Louisville, but I was wrong. This is what UPS says:
"Since it is physically impossible to scan every single package some scans are entered in anticipation of where the package will be traveling to. So this means the scans entered yesterday from Anchorage, AK and Louisville, KY were anticipated scans. The last scans entered today is informing you that your package is in Hong Kong and the delivery date is to be determined."
I have at least departed Hong Kong. Maybe my iPhone will make some real progress now. I'm hoping for Monday. We'll see.
Has anyones status changed from "preparing for shipment" to "shipped" in the middle of the day? I'm tired of refreshing all day only to see no change.

Same for me; I just got the Louisville Import Scan 12:08PM and the Delivery Updated from today to Friday 10/03/14.
Which I figured out early this morning as it missed the 3:05AM and 4:42AM UPS flights to Houston and the next flight is not until 4:59PM.
That is OK, I just had a 2nd iPhone 6 for daughter (ordered at the same time 9/24) get stuck in Shanghai and when it finally took off it booked it straight to Anchorage then Louisville (passing mine up) then to Houston no monkey business at all and out for delivery early this AM.

This is me as well. I have the 1:18 KY scan and nothing since. Still with a delivery date of today, but I don't expect that to last.
We are on the same boat, and if we are lucky we should see scan at around 4:10 CST or 1:10 AKST, so just sit down and relax, if we are very lucky, maybe we will get our phone by tomorrow, or we would have to wait for Monday.

Still in Louisville, arrived at 1:18AM. UPS just import scanned it and updated my scheduled delivery from 10/2 to 10/3. Not surprised.
My phone is in the same place as yours!

UPS Date just changed to 10/03
As I expected since my 6 Plus has been sitting in Louisville KY since 1:18 this morning - UPS just changed the scheduled delivery date to 10/03. I just hope to see it leave Louisville today and arrive somewhere in the DC area or some other distribution hub close by. I really hope it is delivered by the weekend.

I just got the import scan as well at 11:39am. 10 hours to import? Bodes well for delivery tomorrow anyway.
Hmmm, mine is similar, but I don't have a departure scan from Hong Kong.

Well, received my phone this morning. Here's its journey:
Ordered a 16GB gold (non +) on the afternoon of 9/24, so I really lucked out and only had to wait about 7 days. Processed on 9/26, languished for 4 days in ZhengZhou. Got original delivery estimate of 10/2, got pushed to 10/3, then to 10/6, then back to 10/2. When it shipped from Incheon to Hong Kong I got annoyed because a lot of people had flights straight from Incheon to Anchorage and that's when my date changed to 10/6. When it changed back to 10/2 I was skeptical, but once it hit Alaska it moved super fast over to the east coast.
As you can see from my tracking, my local delivery guy was very impatient and left a note on the door. I live on the 3rd floor dude, give me more than 10 seconds to sprint down 3 flights of stairs! Luckily I chased him down before he could drive away.
I love UPS though. Very happy with them. HATE FedEx. And AT&T. FedEx claimed they delivered the iPhone I originally ordered through AT&T on 9/19. (they didn't, I was home all day and constantly going outside and checking) So yeah, NEVER ordering through AT&T again because they use FedEx and they have **** customer service and they won't give you the option of requiring a signature for your phone if you live on a busy street. All they have to do is leave it at your door and their hands are clean of it. Which just makes it your word vs. FedEx's if they claim to deliver it but you don't actually receive it. It took me from 9/19 to 9/24 just to get someone from AT&T customer service to actually reverse my upgrade eligibility. They said they would refund my $$$ too, but turns out that was a lie. I have to dispute the charges through my bank.
BTW, AT&T did put through a second order to replace the phone originally (without my permission, didn't want to do that because there would be no safeguard to prevent my phone getting non-delivered again). I believe they placed it on 9/23, and my ship estimate for that was from 10/1-10/13. Ship estimate, not receive-by estimate. So I'm really really glad I ordered my replacement through Apple. Thank you Apple and UPS!!!!
