Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

Okay ive been following for a few weeks and id have to say im pretty ticked off with the wait!!! i ordered on 9/22 and i ordered a space gray 64 gb iphone 6 plus from AT&T and my estimated shipping dates are 10/30-11/10. My poor iphone 4s needs a break...although its in pretty good condition after 3 years.

Wrong thread but don't feel too bad. I ordered the same phone from AT&T on 9/12 and my ship dates are 11/9 - 11/27.

The phones usually sit in Korea for 4 days and then get sent. My delivery date is the 28th and i bet you a fishstick that it'll be here that day. No sooner or later.

Time to take a break from the tracking and order chcking.

Seems to be alot of Oct orders going out here. ATT hasnt got much past 9/12. Apple seems to be hording for those that ordered thru them, which is BS.

Looks like the SG 64's are moving.

I got UPS tracking tonight on both of my SG 6+ 64's. They are in Fort Worth and will be here in San Antonio Monday.

I got that email on October 16th.

October 22nd is when they charged me and changed my status to Preparing for shipment. On the 23rd I got the shipped email.

I think its only Topeka or some other place that has google fiber. I have fiber internet with a small rural ISP, and they don't give us much of the speed. People with cable who pay half of what i pay have 3x faster internet than i do, but on the monthly newsletter, they said said they are going to increase the speeds so we'll see.

But, since i live in such an isolated area, i'm very lucky to even have this, even if its over priced (about $100 a month for 10 Mbps. Price does include the required land phone line.

It is finally on it's way! I ordered a little late back on Oct. 3rd.

I haven't been looking forward to an electronics delivery this much since the retina macbook pro back in 2012. I won't obsess over tracking the shipment though, not really any point, the people at UPS sure know a lot more about international shipping than any of us.

that sucks. Probably wont be til at least monday til it ships since i dont think UPS does regular shipping or processing on the weekend unless its a special over night package. Just bad luck, but i guess we all had our own share of bad luck in this process.

From past orders, no one gets the plus earlier than the estimated shipping date. they dont prepare for shipping until you get into the 3-4 week time for shipping time frame.

mine didnt ship til 23-24 days after i ordered, which is the promised third week.

my plus was promised to be delivered on oct 28-nov 4, and ups says they'll deliver it on the 29th.

People ordering normal iphone 6's are getting them quickly.

It's possible. I placed my order back on 9/12 for an AT&T 6+ 128GB Gold. My original delivery dates were Oct 13 - Oct 20, but my phone was delivered on Oct 3. Seems like in the beginning orders were getting to people earlier than anticipated. So, you never know.

Just got a shipment notification from Apple (although order still says preparing for shipment)

Fastest I have ever had an iPhone go from preparing shipment to getting a tracking (it was literally hours)

Delivery date is apparently October 30, but I expect to get it a few days earlier since the rep upgraded me to 2 day shipping.

Update: Scheduled for delivery for the 28th. Nice.

Ordered 10/4 and still nothing. been playing the stay up late and get one local early game..

There is a 128 Silver for pickup and just can't do it.. just can't. Need a black faced phone. White is not my thing. ARGGGhhhhhhhhh

Ordered on Apple's site a while back but cancelled and got a 6 at Best Buy. I knew I wanted the Plus so I returned it and ordered again through Apple.

I noticed people who ordered on the 6th got arrival dates of October 31 through November 6. They received their Working Hard email on the 24th too. I'm hoping it'll be closer to the 6th and not the 13th.

I am team 9/30 and I got my sipment tracking yesterday. The ups website says that it will be delivered on thursday, 10/30, however, the apple email says monday, 11/3. So I pretty much have to wait from thursday to monday. But is it possible for the ups to deliver my iphone during weekend, like on saturday or sunday?
Moreover, since the delivery requires signature and during weekdays I spend most of my time in my office, does it have to be me who sign the dekivery form? Or is it ok for my wife to sign instead of myself? (My wife is a houswife so she'll stay most of times in the house)
