I can't really complain to Apple. They said delivery on the 31st in the email they sent me originally but ups always had the 29th for delivery. Maybe we'll get them on the 30th.
Who knows anymore

I've probably loaded the page over 1000 times by now... haha
Made it to Anchorage, now onto Kentucky in another hour.
Let's hope it makes it onto this flight, because then there is half a chance it will make it to California by Thursday.
UPS109 B763 Anchorage Intl (PANC) Louisville Intl (KSDF) 02:41PM AKDT (departs in 1 hour ) 12:26AM EDT
My phone is still sitting in Korea. Since last Friday. I don't think it's going to make ups delivery tomorrow, but it still says it's on time.
I agree 100%. We have the same 7:37 friday arrival time in INCHEON . lame really curios when this damn thing will update
Oh my god finally. I'm about 98% sure we're receiving it tomorrow, and it's something I'm willing to stake my entire reputation as a 'macrumors regular' on.
Now hear me out here.
We're obviously riding on UPS99, as evidenced by FlightAware's tracking. It says that the next stop on UPS99's flight plan is Louisville, departing in about 1.5 hours with an estimated arrival time of 12:57 AM EDT, that's 9:57 PDT for you arful. So let's take yours and my final destinations as an example. From there it's a 2.5 hour flight from Louisville to Miami and ~5 hour flight to LAX (which is where Louisville tends to ship to in SoCal; I remember you told me that was your FD.)
Now, over the last week UPS flights from the Louisville Center have all left to both of our Airports at the same time, give or take 10 minutes: 3:30 AM. For me, that would arrive at ~5:30 AM since I'm in the same time zone as Louisville, for you, Arful, that's the exact same time in PDT, ~5:30 AM.
Giving it about 3 or so hours or so to make it from plane to delivery truck, and we're looking at an 'Out for Delivery' notification at around 8:30 AM.
I don't think it's too much of a stretch and even less of one given this little tidbit:
When I ordered my girlfriend's phone for her at launch, UPS gave her a delivery date of 9/25, but due to the Incheon delay I told you about earlier, it actually delivered a day later, Friday 9/26.
This officially quells any doubts I had about getting my phone tomorrow, it should do the same for you and anyone else on UPS99.
So UPS99 is now showing en route but I don't have a departure scan from anchorage. What does that mean?
There are 7 UPS flights leaving within the next 2 hours bound for Lewisville, KY! According to the National Geographic documentary on UPS I told you all to watch, Worldport is super efficient and we will get our phones tomorrow!

I watched the documentary. now i feel bad for getting mad at the ups guys. they're crazy efficient.

Lol, they really are an awesome company. My phone just departed from Anchorage at 2:45PM, yayyy!
Eh. Also being a member of the camp stuck in Incheon since 7:37 on the 24th, I don't feel bad at all. The lady on the phone said that due to volume, it's taking several flights. Well, if UPS wants to make money like the pros do, they'd better stop playing little league...
I don't care what your excuse is. Almost a week sitting at one facility is inexcusable. It's like when Walmart has only one checkout lane open and people wonder why it's taking an hour to get through the line...

Actually the international part is managed by world ease, ups has no control until it hits us soil that's why it moves at lightning speed when it hits alaska
We are away! Although when we get to world port, we'll all be separated. So let us know when you get yours!!!
