Since we 2 hours apart. Maybe they have something against SouthWest Florida lol.
I just called and they said the same thing: "We are showing it should arrive on time." Color me skeptical.
I just called UPS (also still in Incheon) and the representative I got was a bit more honest. She cut straight to the point and said there is no way I am getting it tomorrow. This was what was getting me through my week, but I guess I'll have to go the time-tested alcohol method instead. I'll send UPS my medical bills...

27 Oct 2014 - Called UPS - says it should be fine for 28 Oct, must be a delay in scan or status update
27 Oct 2014 - Called Apple - says to call back 10 am 28 Oct
28 Oct 2014 - Apple removes displayed delivery date from order
28 Oct 2014 - UPS removes delivery date - reschedule - no new date
28 Oct 2014 - Called UPS - says its Apple that is responsible
28 Oct 2014 - Called Apple - says they will deliver by 30 Oct even though that date no longer displays to me - he sees it.
28 Oct 2014 - Order changed to In Transit, Departure scan (two of them, two different times) Neither of the departure scans match up with a flight outgoing from Incheon to Alaska.
Latest is 12:19am departure on 29 Oct 2014.
Doesn't really matter when its delivered, I have no recourse if it doesn't arrive on time. There is no guarantee for the receiver. I paid nothing for shipping.

It's fine if it's delayed, since I didn't pay for expedited shipping. No big deal. I don't want to wait around the house all afternoon based on false information.
UPS: Experienced a Delay in Korea
According to the UPS person I spoke with just a moment ago, the Incheon purgatory was due to a delay in Korea. I asked what the delay was, but he had no idea. Right. From other sites, I'm thinking customs issue, but could be anything. He stated that I still may receive my phone tomorrow. Remind me not to hold my breath.

I have the same tracking info as you. I'm almost certain we will have our phones in hand tomorrow. I would be shocked and highly upset if tracking still says departed Incheon by tomorrow vs on truck for delivery. It is weird how our phones departed from Korea twice today and hasn't landed anywhere yet though.
Hi all. I've been following this forum for a week now. Thanks for all the great info. I ordered 10/13. At Att.com. 6+ 64 SG. So far nothing except for the confirmation order email. I am a constant checker.lol as most are. And a frequent caller to Att. Just thought I'd throw some of my info out there. Hoping to hear from other 10/13 people.
Since our scan was at 10:00pm and then again at 12:19 and today was our scheduled delivery im thinking they scanned us to get on the 10:48pm flight to anchorage and then noticed we were so behind and decided to put us on a special direct flight to Louisville that left at 12:50. And the folks that had a delivery date for tomorrow got on the regular flight that goes to anchorage then Louisville?

From what I can tell, once it clears ASIAN HELL, it's really quick. So yes, probably tomorrow, I'll count on thursday to be safe.

You'd be surprised. Back on 10/2, my phone was stuck in Hong Kong with a message that said "Your package shipped. We are scheduling delivery." I had no estimated delivery date. But, on 10/3 my phone was delivered to California. I was pretty amazed at how fast it got to me.
I also have the 2 identical departure scans out of Korea, but my delivery date is tomorrow. If your theory is correct then I'm on the same direct flight to Louisville.

Problem is that I don't see any direct UPS flights from Korea to Louisville. Looks more likely that the 10:48 pm flight filled up and we got bumped to the 1:33 am flight (UPS67) to Anchorage. Lands at 4:51 pm pacific time...
