I am too. I'm in California and my UPS delivery date originally showed 11/3 (today). Now it just shows "not available". My Apple delivery date showed 11/4. I also paid the $10 for the faster shipping. Looking at the service level on the UPS website (UPS Worldwide Express Saver), it shows 1-2 business days from Asia. With Apple, the $10 I paid was for 2-3 day service, which is likely adding a 1-day buffer beyond the UPS service commitment. Either way, with shipment on 10/29, today is business day #3 and I don't even have an arrival scan for Louisville, KY. The pallet my phone was on must've fallen out the back of the plane while en route at 35,000 feet. Others with phones on the same flight have had their packages scanned in as having arrived. I don't get it.

My phone must be on that same pallet. I've never seen an arrival scan delayed for over 3 days.... But a first for everything I guess. Too bad it has to be with this!!!

I'm in Southern California and scheduled delivery is set at 11/04, however, my status is also stuck showing departure from Alaska. I've no doubt the phones are on a pallet in KY waiting to be scanned and then flown to Ontario today and then out for delivery tomorrow. I'm keeping my hopes up.
Update to my earlier post: UPS called and told me they would get me my phone today even though it was not shipped to my local hub for delivery. Looks like they kept their word and moved it pretty quick. As you can see, there wasn't even a departure scan from Memphis for it to be shipped to my local hub. Glad they did whatever it was to get it out today.

My original delivery date(without expedited shipping) was tomorrow. Chris, our phones have literally been through the process from start to finish together. My working hard email said expected delivery Nov. 4 - Nov 11. I also got an email from the UPS My Choice telling me I have a package incoming for delivery tomorrow.
It's very frustrating. You'd think a company like UPS with such a huge infrastructure and capabilities would be able to at least handle this process somewhat smoothly. I still have 'Information Unavailable' too.
Yep we've been on the same palette through the whole process. I never received the email from UPS MyChoice though and on my UPS tracking my delivery date says "Information Unavailable". My delivery date from my shipping notification from Apple said 11/4. Idk whats going on.
Just had my delivery information change from "not available" to "Tuesday, 11/04/2014". Last scan is still the departure scan from Anchorage on 10/31/2014 @ 4:47pm however.

lucky! mine was on the same flight but must be on a different pallet. they need to hurry up and scan mine.
Finally got an import scan in Louisville as well. It appears they just didn't care to do an Arrival Scan that night and decided to let it start moving now. Tomorrow it is!!!
Same here! Finally! Looks like I'll be taking off tomorrow to start my UPS watch.
My phone is headed to Miami, FL from Louisville and I already found my flight. UPS2330 departing at 3:47PM EST. Getting excited now
