Re: iPhone 6+ 64gb T-Mobile

Hello everyone,

I just signed up for this forum. I ordered an iPhone on 10/20/14 on Apple.com. It says "Available to ship: 3 - 4 weeks Delivers: Nov 18 - Nov 25 by Standard Shipping".

I called T-mobile 2 days ago and the rep told me they are shipping out in 2 months from now.

Am I better off waiting for my Apple.com order or is it about the same timeframe??

Thanks in advance. :)

I would wait for the Apple.com order. I ordered a 6+ on 10/16 and it has already been shipped a week ahead of schedule. Maybe they are finally catching up on all of the orders. Good luck!

I ordered T-mobile 64GB on 10/20, it's scheduled for 11/6 delivery. It's sitting in Alaska right now. Hope this helps. :)
Also buying from T-mobile isn't ideal, it'll be locked to T-mobile.

So my 6+ shipped on 11/1 but I haven't had any movement since then. It is schedule for delivery on 11/6. Is this normal for it to sit like this and do you think I will get it on the scheduled date?

Mine shipped 11/30 and then sat in Shanghai 'till this morning, it's in Alaska right now. Same delivery date as you.

It is out standing!!!! After playing around with it for a while then hold my 5s it's so weird!!! I hope phones don't have emotions lol. I feel bad. But the 6+ is amazing!!!!!

My SG 64GB 6 plus came today, six days ahead of the earliest predicted ship date following the placement of my order with AT&T on September 13. Which is cool!

This one was shipped "USPS Three business day" service, the first I have ever received through USPS.

I have now bought seven iPhones; two came from Apple Stores, one came from Apple.com, the others were all bought through AT& T. I wonder what, if any, is the delivery strategy used? Some of the phones that were shipped came Fed Ex, others came UPS. One came direct from China, others were drop shipped from various places in the US.

Fed Ex and UPS had very good delivery updates; USPS wasn't so good. It left the iPhone at "left USPS facility" for two days then went to "Out for delivery" this morning. Still, it got here on the 3rd business day, as promised, so they kept their agreement.

I wonder how all this happens-delivering millions of these devices must be a huge challenge. It would be fascinating to know how it happens!

You must have really big hands. Looks like a 6, not a plus. haha
