I got a AT&T Silver 64GB iPhone 6 Plus from the Apple Store App at 3:35 am EST. I got in as soon as the app opened for me and I am still processing.
128GB 6+ space gray... still, I got my order in at 12:39am on the 12th. I have seen people with LATER order times for the same model, color and config that are receiving theirs on the 19th.
Phone reserved about 3 am cst via apple app.
2nd email and purchase at about 10:30 am cst.
As of 7:30 pm today still. processing item with a delivery of 9/19.

After struggling from 3amEST on apple.com and with the app on my iPhone and iPad, finally managed to place my order at 3:40am EST via app on my iPad. Apple.com would not come up in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox, just endlessly said something like We'll be right back, we're updating the store. Status changed to Preparing for shipment about an hour ago.

My 64 Gold 6 still shows processing - in-store pickup
Both ordered about 12:25am using the App Store
My 6+ has already been charged to my CC, the 6 has not been but there are a couple $1.00 charges.
I'm not worried I won't get them, my wife will go pick up her gold 6 in store. But since my CC hasn't been charged for hers yet, foes that mean she will have to pay when she picks it up?
I hope not. I used my CC so it's not under her name.

Same boat, my confirmation email came at 12:24, same exact phones by people who ordered later getting them before.

Yes-from apple.com. I ordered around 6 AM yesterday morning (EST). 64 GB iPhone 6. Carrier is AT&T.
My iPhone 6 64GB Silver (GSM, AT&T) just went to "preparing for shipment" sometime in the last few hours. I didn't order it until around 9:00 a.m. Central.
