Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

Log on to UPS.com, look on the left side where it asks for tracking number(s), click the tab under it that says reference. Enter your information (phone number) that it asks for and track. I did this and found my tracking number. It is not loaded anywhere else. You're welcome.

I would assume it would be whatever the phone number is going to be on your new iPhone being shipped. try both

I aware but wasn't sure if it was where the order was processed and will be shipped from China. I I Have never had a pre order not ship from china.

While the majority will ship from China, Apple was supposedly stockpiling some iPhones in the US in the week before 9/12. So, coming from Tennessee is certainly possible.

You guys that are able to pull it up this way on UPS, your devices are showing on the Apple Profile page already too right? I can't find mine anywhere not on my profile page either. It still says preparing for shipment...they have already to took my money out though since yesterday morning.

If you haven't signed up for it, I'd recommend setting up UPS MyChoice. It's free and offers some nice perks. I got a notification this morning that my iPhone has shipped. I will probably pre-approve the delivery via MyChoice as well.

Thanks Kaiguy, I signed up - pretty cool, I might be able to use this to my advantage - I'll be out of town on 9/19 when my phones are supposed to be delivered, I may be able to redirect the package to my office and pick it up this weekend..

You can also use your order number minus the last 2 digits as a reference number.

I was also able to have my phone held at a UPS center since UPS delivers so late to me.

this doesn't work for me, gives me a shipment going to CA, not MD

Mine is coming ups the reference number is your billing phone number via Apple or order number if you try order number drop last 2 digits off the end

Got an email Friday Morning at 1:25am conforming my order with apple and that it is being processed. That same morning I had a 1 dollar charge and the NEXT tax accessed to my CC as a pending charge (still on my CC today)

I'm still stuck at processing as of today with a delivery of this Friday 9/19 for a 64GB Space Grey Plus.

I did some digging around yesterday in other threads... and I saw a few people in AZ still mentioned they were stuck on processing and I think one person who just said West Coast who was still stuck on processing. I assume Apple already has a shipment of phones somewhere local to a big distribution hub which is why these people and I are stuck on processing. I live in Colorado...

Maybe it would help to see the state of delivery for those still stuck on the processing state to try to get a feel?

Same here. Bummer. I did order it very late in the day of preorders because I had to cancel my stupid AT&T order first and took forever to get through, kinda worried.

Yeah, I'm a little anxious but it won't be the end of my world. I ordered at 2:01am CST, so right away! Order confirmation email said delivers by 9/19. I'm still holding on by a very thin thread, holding out hope! LOL.

Apple.com still says "preparing for shipment", but I was able to track on ups.com using "reference number" and my home/cell phone number as the reference...

UPS says that a label has been created, but no tracking data is available yet...

They shipped out on Monday or Tue for the last preorder also and they do hold them at a location and then ship next day air on Thu to arrive Friday. I would see no reason that they wouldn't do it the same as last preorder.

annnd shortly after my support profile had a serial number, a label for UPS was created ~2 hours later! found it via my phone number as reference number...why is Friday so far away?
