"Air" = "glass"
Hi everybody
Tubby from Canada, reporting for duty!
Here's my thoughts, ridiculous as they may be...
"Something in the air" might actually mean "something suspended in glass".
Could this be the return of the G4 Cube??
Okay, okay, maybe not the Cube... but considering Apple is gung-ho on the aluminum & glass these days (iMac, iPhone, NY cube store), maybe they are going to unveil something that is completely encased in glass.
I've seen pics of the new Dell monitors, where the LCD and speakers are floating in a pane of glass... fugly, but neat. Apple could do better... maybe they will.
New ACDs? Hmmm...
We are getting close to iTMS movie tore rentals, and we are due for an AppleTV refresh... perhaps the idea is to make an end-to-end, integrated media experience, and the final piece of the puzzle is a crazy-ass Cinema Display, with ultra-small chassis built in glass to hide as much frame as possible.
I'd still prefer a new Cube, but a killer screen would be exciting too.
Anyhow, I say the "air" is actually "glass"... and the "something" is definitly "something".
Cheers everyone!!
