With the launch of the new iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max, Apple has discontinued some of its older iPhones. As of today, Apple is no longer selling the iPhone 13, and the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have been replaced with the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

The iPhone SE remains as Apple's most affordable device, with the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus each receiving a $100 price drop as they replace the iPhone 13 models. The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are also available for $100 less than their equivalent iPhone 16 models, with pricing starting at $699.
  • iPhone SE - $429
  • iPhone 14 - $599, down from $699
  • iPhone 14 Plus - $699, down from $799
  • iPhone 15 - $699, down from $799
  • iPhone 15 Plus - $799, down from $899
  • iPhone 16 - $799
  • iPhone 16 Plus - $899
  • iPhone 16 Pro - $999
  • iPhone 16 Pro Max - $1199
While the iPhone 13 and iPhone 15 Pro models have been discontinued by Apple, they may still be available from the refurbished store while supplies last, and third-party retailers will also have some stock available until it sells out.

My baby is discontinued 😭 ... still as fast, useful and beautiful as ever in it's now discontinued starlight finish (it is the regular 13)... battery life at 96% ... should hold me off for at least another year.

If Apple is keeping the iPhone 14 (starting at $599 for 128GB) and 14 Plus (starting at $699 for 128GB) around, what does that mean for the iPhone SE 4?

Rumors suggest a 6.1 inch OLED display, A18 chip, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, sub $500 price... Why buy an iPhone 14 or 14 Plus? The same goes for the iPhone 15 (starting at $699 for 128GB) and 15 Plus (starting at $799 for 128GB).

It doesn't make sense for Apple to give the iPhone SE 4 all that capability to run Apple Intelligence when the iPhone 14 and 15 cannot and at a lower price point.

If the regular iPhone 16 had an always-on display, I'd buy one. Nothing in the Pro offering looks compelling to me as a regular user (and I like the non-pro colors and form factor better) so this looks like another non-upgrade year for me.

Same, but I may still just bite and get the 16 Plus this go round. Weight is my biggest issue but the battery life on the standard Pro just isn't enough for me, especially once the battery starts aging.

Will Apple stores still have stock of the 15 Pro until they sell through it?

No, but other retailers will, usually for a discount once the new models release.

Well, moment ip se 4 is announced, 14 and 15 is killed.

The (new) iPhone SE doesn't exist yet. It won't exist until Spring 2025 at the earliest. There is a lot of time to sell iPhone 14s and 15s at their current price points before then. SE may, or may not, be a truly competitive and compelling offer come the Spring, and Apple could even potentially discontinue some other iPhone models at the same time.

As a pro mountain athlete, I find my 14 Pro to be a bit of a brick while my wife's 15 Pro is noticeably lighter. Since the weight went back up on the 16 pro, I will be looking for a 15 pro now...

The SE should be at least $200 less than it is listed for now. It is the lousiest deal in the iPhone lineup. Unfortunately for the PWM-sensitive, there is no choice.

BTW, this is why I say there will not be a new SE, unless they update the internals on the SE 3 or resurrect the 11 with updated internals. They would have trouble beating the $599 price of the 2 year old phone with any all-new-design device.
