Voice plan should be included standard with Apple music lol.

It is. You can already ask Siri to play anything if you have Apple Music.

From what I understood of that presentation, the voice plan is Apple Music without the actual Apple Music part. You can ONLY ask Siri to play things, but you don't have a library.
