I can see why Apple would want a cheaper tier for Apple Music but a voice-only plan seems a strange way to cripple the service. Still, I suppose there are probably a few people who would only use it on HomePods. I mean, I’ve never met one, but there are bound to be some.

It’s not extra it’s cheaper Music plan but only works with Voice to play music. I think that’s what it is. Apple doing weird things these days.
