I never get people who have a couple of generations earlier of Apple products think the latest Apple product is targeted towards them. No. It's to entice people like me who have never owned an Apple Watch.

I dont care who its 'targeted towards,' im not a corporate analyst looking in or an apologist, im a consumer and I want flashy new thing with new design.

its not unreasonable to want a new design for a fashion accessory, my series 4 is a couple of generations earlier. 3 gens now.

im happy to save coin too though

Wow... so won't need to be upgrading the Apple Watch this year. Ok so far it's just the iPad Mini, then.
Full keyboard is nice though I don't need it.
All of these new watch faces could launch right now on the Series 6, if we are being honest.
And yeah, that new screen geometry won't make the face more scratch resistant, sorry.
Oh look: blue went washed out pastel because Apple just gotta Apple. Definitely keeping my Series 6.
