I find it interesting that nearly all of the VR naysayers are those who have never experienced Oculus, Sony's VR, Valve's (aka HTC) VR Solution - Vive, or HoloLens.

Maybe some of you should experience first.
Hololens is no VR , it is AR and contrary to VR, i see AR as the next big thing, not VR.

Yes. I realize my mistake, but was lumping it all in there since HoloLens was part of the discussion.

Also, someone mentioned issues with having a room exclusively for VR. They've obviously never used HTC's Vive before.

I know about the "see through" mode(wireframed presentation of the real world). But that is no cure for needing a special empty room. Do you want to switch all the time from VR to see through mode?
How about the motion sensor that needs to be placed for vr in the room?
