It didn’t do that for me. I still had to copy the number and send it manually.

But your suggestion did reduce the number of steps from 15 to 12.

Nothing happened after I forwarded the text.
2 minutes later, I copied and pasted the phone number.
As soon as I sent that, I got a response immediately.
