iPhone 16 Pro Max Apple Instore inventory

Always try checking after 11am or so, I was able to get my Pro Max Desert 512GB in Apple Lincoln Road, picking it up at 8:45pm. And they’re open until 10pm everyday so it gives you plenty of time. The Falls nor Dadeland had any stock today whatsoever.
Stopped by the Apple Store this morning as soon as they opened (10 AM EST) to exchange my 16 PM White 256GB for a 512GB unit. Online showed 0 in-stock from 12 stores in the area. The store had a decent amount of stock available for in-store purchase that were not showing online.

Apple will send the trade in kit separately with Fedex or UPS.
I went to my local store. No Pro Maxs in stock. I wanted to pay for a portion of it via my gift card balance and the rest on apple card installment. Was told I can do this only in store. What they did NOT tell me is I can only do this when there is stock... Not for ordering in store. Ugh. Wanted my time. They may have saved me from spending $1400. Will stick with 13 Pro for another year.
40 minutes... It wouldn't have been a big deal if they were somewhat apologetic or understanding. I felt like I was the dumb one. All he said was keep checking the in store stock before coming out.

I’m only 10 mins away. I seen some stock available through out the day at different stores in Miami but they were gone in minutes. Never got through checkout
I think the best time to check is around 2-6 pm when delivery trucks deliver their inventory to the physical store.

The free version will let you choose one search and it will only notify you on a Mac so you essentially have to be glued to your computer. I bought 1 month and it emails you when inventory comes in. I set up a couple different searches, one for 512 in 3 colors and another in 1tb in the same 3 colors. As the inventory comes in, you get an email saying what is in stock. I was able to jump on a 512 White Pro Max minutes after the email came in.
My only complaint is it asks for an Apple store location and it includes neighboring stores (which is good). The problem is it was also emailing about stores in Southern California. I wasn't able to tighten the radius to just stores in Las Vegas. If you're anxious to get a phone, the $7 was well worth it.
