Unfortunately, no. And I'm not very happy with this. "However, only Apple Creator Studio subscribers will receive access to some of the premium new AI features and content".

I went from Finale to Dorico last year so I'm halfway there already!
Logic has been updated with great features over the last 10+ years for free. But if it's only the AI features that will differ in the subscription version they can keep that to themselves, not paying extra for that. Same goes for Final Cut Pro.

Ironically if you really are a Creative Pro you don’t want or need AI features.
Logic excluded. This means they know there is a TON of Apple computers bought for logic and they don’t want to rock the boat.. yet. But they will when they come up with something major, a new acquisition (spectrasonics/Uaudio) or a major new feature. Sure, everyone will complain initially but will drop the dough on the sub as it’s a fantastic product and if it can be even better, it will be doable.

Most people dabble with those apps. I can see them wanting to suck as much money off of people who make money using those tools but if they just allowed anyone to use a much less feature rich version (without tall the dumb buttons you have to pay for) most people will be fine with a watered down version. Nobody is asking for AI in every product much less paying for it continuously. It's never been a better time to be a creator of alternative tools to this subscription garbage.
Over the years I already bought the Mac versions of this software several times. I also bought Pixelmator for the iPad. I’m glad the software becomes available on the iPad Pro too… but I don’t understand why I should pay another subscription. The message from Apple I read between the lines is that if you want to use pro apps, you should stick to the Mac. That makes my iPad Pro obsolete too. I’ve owned all the generations over the years, but that is finally it. Back to the Mac it is.

For the occasional user like me, this is actually a great deal. Pay a few bucks to use it for a few weeks, pay nothing in the months that I don't. I use Affinity for most of my creative purposes anyways, but it's nice to have the ability to rent FCP every once in a while for a small buck. 🙂

I've just cancelled the renewal on my Adobe Photography plan, as they've stopped doing the 20GB plan and pushed everyone into the higher cloud storage tier at £240 PA. I use local storage for projects so this works out terrible value for me.
The Apple Creator Studio bundle arguably offers better value, as it includes Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro and Pixelmator Pro - but since cancelling Adobe Creative Suite, I've been getting by just fine with Affinity for the far more reasonable price of £0.
