I got my 64GB 5S last year for $70 on AT&T Next. I was going to get a 5C, but they didn't have them in the 32GB variant at the time and when they were telling me the pricing, I was like, what the heck, I'm going all out this time. I'm keeping the phone until it breaks anyway.

A very good phone. I enjoy mine more everyday.

I went from 5S to 6 and the battery is much better for me, my 5S was pushing a year old so not sure if that had anything to do with it, but I can easily get to the end of the day with a 6 sometimes have 20-40% left by bedtime.

My wife's 4S finally started giving her trouble after 2+ years so she got a 5S, she was reluctant at first because even it was "TOO BIG" lol but now she likes it. There's times I miss that form factor myself.

I don't know anyone who gets 2 days of usage out of a 5s.

Really? I do, and it's at 30-40% by then most of the time. When I divide active usage by total drain, it works out to 7 hours on a charge consistently. When I look at the battery specs on apple's website, the 6 is only slighty better so I don't see how it's so strange.

For a couple of weeks in March, Rogers (carrier in Canada) sold 5S 16gb for $0 and 32gb for $55 under 2-year contract. Now 32gb model is $300. Furthermore, the carrier was pushing people to upgrade to newer phones since January to get them under new shared data plans. They even offered to waive remaining subsidy balances...

I also think a lot of people bought iPhones before the price increase in Canada. They probably walked into the Apple stores to buy iPhone 6's, but instead walked out with 5S'. In the end, for people who don't care about having latest gadgets, the only difference is $270 (16gb iPhone 6 was around $270).

I went with the 5s since they had a deal 5s for $0 and I could keep a lower plan. Wasn't interested in paying nearly $300, $80+ a month for a phone still with 16gb and 1gb ram and same camera. Tim was very greedy this year.

I bought my wife a 5s to replace her broken 5, and she was very happy to have that over the 6. She has small hands and much prefers the smaller form factor. I have a 6 and using both I don't really see much difference in speed between them. They're both great phones.

My wife & I both bought 5s phones with 16G for $99 ea on 2 yr contract late last year. We are both very happy with the 5s, my only wish would be for a 64G, but am actually doing ok with my 16. I just really prefer the size and build of the 5s over the 6, but I could accept it if that was the smallest screen Iphone available. I just have zero interest in a 6+.

I misunderstood the question because of hasty reading. I meant their online retail store, not brick and mortar.

I just got my certified gold 5s thru VZW back on Tuesday. I have a space grey 6, but I like this form factor. But either way, they back each other up. if any of you are on Verizon, u can get a 5s certified at full price, $349 plus your states tax. No contract, no nothing. Phone is pretty much new. I see myself switching back and forth. Hopefully I won't miss the voice over data because I'm getting use to the 5s build.

No worries. I just checked online and it says the 64 gray is on back order? I'm just going to make do with the 32.

Yeah, had to go silver even though i wanted the gray. The size and price trumped the color for me.
