Taking into consideration most feedback.... here is an updated mockup:

Make it aluminum and move the power button to the top... add a little bit bigger color screen and make circular style buttons and send me 2...


or you could use that menu button like the old nokias did to send and end calls...

Final Mockups

OK ... here is a compilation of a few mockups .... I enjoyed everyone's feedback .... I can't possibly implement all the suggestions but hope you enjoyed the post in any case. Keep in mind all of these were just done as 'what ifs' and really weren't intended as ultra-realistic... more just for fun - especially the very first one in this thread .. my favorite even though not the most practical.

BUT the number pad bottom is like this:

* 0 #, NOT 0*#...

Also, the number pad could be rounded... and all cell phones use a tall screen rather than widescreen because of menus, etc... a widescreen cell would suck...

BUT it looks realistic!
