I chatted and spoke with three morons from Apple and none of them has helped me. All I ask for is a new label since I accidentally put tape over the label, and the print is not visible.

Has anyone had this problem before?

Have I ever put tape across the label? No.

Obviously I've never had the issue with Apple not sending a replacement label - but it's because the issue has never come up.
