Thinking of going through the Apple Upgrade program for the iPhone 7.

Currently it's only available in store (for tmobile) - anyone know why? Has this always been the case and any guesses as to what might happen during the pre-order process/launch in September 2016

Are those currently in the program loving it or hating it so far?

Thanks!

I'm on the IUP and it's not bad. I probably will use it to upgrade to the 7 after it is released (I won't make my 12th payment on my 6s until November anyway). I always used to pay for my iPhones in full (ultimately paying the difference after I sold the previous generation iPhone), so the IUP is lighter on the wallet since your payments are spread out over time. I do like the fact that AC+ is included with the phone, especially since I'm not a fan of cases. Even though I tend to baby my phones, I like to piece of mind of having the extra warranty should something go wrong.
