Apple is going to release new iPad Pro at WWDC

Anyone else see this on Apple.com. It does not appear to exist now that I can find, but a friend sent me this a couple days ago. Was this an accidental slip that this made it to live? Definitely seems to imply iPad Pro announcements at WWDC.

That's exactly what it is. It's the same promotional art they used on the day the release of the 2017 iPad. There is no significance to that post that member was indicating regarding an iPad Pro.

its 99% we see macbook pro 15" and ipad pro 12.9" at WWDC...the delivers is from 6June. And since the 12.9" is updated we can now be sure that the 10.5" is here. So we get at least 3 hardware updates at WWDC

You're trying to figure out what are the new features. Why not just wait 6 days and know for sure?

I'm not sure how it is "entertaining". I don't see any speculation of any new yet likely features that haven't already been considered and mooted / verified.

I follow it for some constructive information / likely rumors from e.g. @pulpconselor - not for more random noise about what might or might not be. if there's news about leaked cases etc, now that's useful. Speculation about how the shipping times are "coincidentally" later that have been repeated ad nauseam I can definitely do without.

What? I follow the thread, not the users. I happen to quote the OP since it is his/her thread, and unfortunately Macrumors has been slow on this. Being so close to WWDC I'm surprised that there are no more "serious" leaks, even as teasers to build more interest. Having said that there is a fair amount of interest here for sure......18 pages. Where the above link states that if the 10.5" is launched at WWDC it would steal some of the iPhone 8 thunder, I disagree as it could be an "iron out any bugs" before the 8 launch. JMO.

iPhone has its own set of customers & loyal fans. I don't think releasing an 10.5" iPP at WWDC would steal some of the iPhone 8 thunder. And iPhone 8 announcing keynote is way far away.
