So, back in the days of the iPhone 3G people in the Netherlands felt they were left out as they didn't get the 3G in the first nor second batch. They had to wait for weeks, months? Many people supposed the reason was the Dutch people were said to be very critical and very outspoken, something Apple could do without at the time. So, now they're trying to get those appearantly outspoken and highly critical people to use a support app. If the Dutch like it, everyone will like it. If the Dutch agree to channel their comments, complaints and thoughts through an app, everyone will. When Apple indeed does manage to get the Dutch to use this app, then critical and outspoken comments on articles will become less frequent on public websites. Apple could consider this to be a win-situation as less negative publicity will be the result.
