No information re Beats Fit Pro model?
It's not bad but won't buy them again. The ANC isn't that great, the fit isn't that great even with the wing tips and finding matching colored replacement ear tips are difficult (i.e. Volt Yellow, which is more of a greenish yellow).

Clearing out old models for new Beats releases?
Or people are, wisely, just opting for AirPods?!

I mean, what’s great about saving $50-$150+ by getting Beats if you only get the full AirPods experience on actual AirPods?

Most sales are about some level of less than ideal demand for the product in question.

I personally don’t know more than 1-2 people who use beats. And I never notice anyone wearing them when I’m traveling or shopping.

Obviously anecdotal to my life. But I just don’t think demand for Beats is particularly strong.

And to be fair, how would Apple ever successfully bet on two almost identical horses without letting one starve?

All Beats will ever be is a lineup of different “AirPods SE”, allowing Apple to sell budget audio devices without compromising the AirPods high-end brand identity and price point.

I don’t know I see a LOT more people use beats in the gym or out running than I do airpods. I think if apple doubles down on the active market for the beats offerings they can certainly double dip consumers looking for pro pods for everyday and still get people to buy the beats. I certainly would if they update the electronics while keeping them sweat proof.

Power Beats... now on year 5 or 6. Amazing they still have the guts to sell them.

I hope Apple to make Beats Pro again.

Words can't describe how much I miss the Beats Solo Pro. APP's without the fit test failures.

Better sound, better fit...

But it does suck that Apple is gimping Beats audio relative to Apple-branded audio.

Above are great comments👍 I would have to agree. Had PowerBeats Pro and the quality was subpar from AirPods Pro. The charging and components went down hill after about 2 years. Very disappointed! No more Beats products for me! AirPods Pro is my preference. However, some people prefer Beats and that is great for Apple to cover as many demographic bases as possible for great sales. Keep calm and be happy with your preferences, reasons and decisions!😊 Life is too short to be unhappy 😊 Enjoy life to the fullest!😊

Why do they still have Beats? I always thought Apple made a bad acquisition. I listened to my cousin's Beats before Apple bought the company I couldn't stand the sound. Bose was and is still a far superior product. I recently bought the Air Pods Pro Gen2 USB-C and I love them!!! They don't sound like the old Beats. So, what exactly are Beats for?

The standard AirPods design is trash. Yeah, let me put smooth, hard plastic in my ears and expect them to stay seated or be comfortable. The Pros are the only ones worth buying, but I’m not spending that much on something that will mainly get used when mowing the grass.

If the Apple ecosystem isn't important to you, Verizon has the Sony Linkbuds S for $99 with their UP program. I'm tempted to get them. Maybe I'll just use them with my Nintendo Switch and MacBook.

This is actually very true. I prefer Beats Fit Pro for when running and working out. They are more likely to stay in the ear then my Airpods Pro.

As a pro audio guy with a recording studio, I can't wrap my head around anyone's desire to buy Beats.

As an investor in Berkshire Hathaway, who has the single largest stake in Apple, I'm extremely happy that people buy this high margin, low cost product.
