Does anyone know if there's an option anywhere to hide recently added albums? Can't find a way to get rid of it and it doesn't go away after a period of time as far as I can tell
I believe this is what you are looking for:

I bricked my iPhone so bad yesterday trying to update to the 8 GM that I needed to go to the Apple store for a fix. I even tried to AppZap iTunes 12 and two other computers and had no luck.
Anyone know if I can safely try again?

I hope Yosemite is not required to sync iOS 8 when released. None of my desktops can run 10.10.
If so I'll have to fire up parallels to sync via Windows XP for iOS 8.![]()
Phones in DFU/Recovery no longer crash iTunes.
Likewise. Was quite inconvenient. Good to see it's fixed now.I had to do a whole iTunes downgrade yesterday because of this.
Can someone do a FINAL CONFIRMATION that this updated beta of iTunes 12 on yosemite will NOT brick my phone during ios8 update?
Just did mine with ZERO issues. Yosemite DP and this afternoon's iTunes update.

Is Cmd-L fixed? Does it remember views through restarts?
Is Yosemite really slow for anyone else? Everything takes so long to respond. Also, for some reason, Xcode DP6 just doesn't open on it, bouncing forever on the Dock. It might be related to the setup assistant crashing when I tried to take a photo (I redid it without a problem).
It is normal for Xcode to take a long time to launch (the first time). It's actually gatekeeper/quarantine scanning all of the files it loads at launch (it's a lot). Once you've approved the launch (the "are you sure you want to open this, it's fron the 'net" message), it will launch quickly from that point on. The experience won't be like that once they make public though the App Store. For me it takes 2-3 minutes the first time, and I'm on an SSD. If you aren't on an SSD/flash storage I could easily see 5+minutes (probably much longer).
