Will my apple watch still work fine with the iOS 10 public beta? Or is the new WatchOS3 required?

(I know there is no watchOS3 public beta at the time)

It will work. Doesn't mean you won't come across bugs with notifications but it will work.

I enrolled in the iOS 9 public beta program. Was my enrollment just for iOS9 and do I have to re-enroll or will I get the iOS 10 public beta without having to contact Apple?

You would think that this question would be directly addressed in the article or on the Apple Beta page FAQ... but it's not. This is the first thing I wanted to know.

Just a few major points i have seen so far. Battery life on the 9.7 ipad pro is not great on beta 2. And I have also had issues connecting my phone to my VW bluetooth system. Automatically places a call to "my phone number" on the stereo but doesn't show up on the phone. The only way to stop it is to disconnect the phone from bluetooth connection to the car.
For those commenting on the watchOS beta, be glad that Apple doesn't do public betas on this one, the battery life on beta 2 on that is HORRIBLE. Drained completely in 8 hours. Going to try a reset and give it another shot, but anyone who has access should stay away from the second beta for watchOS 3 if you haven't loaded it already.

learned my lesson from the last time I signed up for this... never again.

I would say it's too soon in the beta chain to install on a device you must count on.
I only installed DP1 and DP2 because I had a spare iPad Air.
I would say it's not bad, but my main complain is that it's slow.

Probably buggy as ****, but I don't care. I'm happy to be a beta tester to make sure Apple get's it's bugs fixed before the official release.

I guess I shall wait till September for the official release, no rush. :)

Watch OS 3 was the only one I truly desired right away!
A pity there's no beta for that. Those speed bumps are really a seller for me, as well as more slick user experience.

That's the difference between people who just 'want' it, and people who make the time to reproduce and report what they find through the feedback app. :)

If one goes to beta.apple.com and attempts to download the profile, it errors out...
It's been doing this for several days lately, there have been threads in Apple Support. Had the battery in my iPhone swell and start to separate my display from the frame. I haven't been able to get back in the beta (download the profile) speculation has been in preparation for today (iOS 10 public beta release). Most likely developer beta 2 without changes. In my experience public beta has been behind developers by a week or two, barring any severe issues.

Let's go Guinea pigs, let's go!

Confused. When I log in I am just presented with the El Capitan and iOS 9 beta program?

[removed rant]

tl;dr don't install this on your main device.

Even installing on a secondary device is risky if you sign into any of your online accounts. The result could be loss of iCloud data.

You brave heroes.

The problem is complaining about a beta issue gets a thousand responses from angry MR nerds that "WELL DUH, IT'S A BETA!"

[edit] Rephrase: I wonder if it will be available everywhere at the same time, or if the Netherlands / EU will have to wait a few days?
