Heh, I don't think they are more complex, and likely not as busy as before. It's just easier to use an app and not a map.Streets are far more complex and busy these days. The gadgets are needed to maintain sanity.
we wouldn't know because it's only news worthy if Apple does it.I wonder when was the last time this occurred with Google Maps?
I'm gonna have to ask you to turn in your Guy Card for this infraction. A guy would wander around aimlessly, rather than ask for directions.😁 My generation at least.

My only beef with Apple Maps is the availability of points of interest. Apple needs to make or buy up a comprehensive and up to date database ASAP. I love navigating with Apple Maps, but all too often I have to look places up on Google or something and then plug them into Apple Maps to get there.Elaborate. I find Apple Maps navigation to be superior over Google Maps. It does have its oddities, such as choosing routes with U-turns at intersections, which are not permitted in Canada on most highways.

Yeah it was quite rough at the beginning. Turns out it's pretty ambitious to build up mapping system from scratch. The good news is they've put an absoluely massive amount of work into it since and it definitely rivals Google Maps in many ways, and they're continuing to improve it.Maps has been jinxed from the get go - albeit improved through the years.
