Apple Maps don't suck! (merged)

This is Ketchikan, Alaska. Note the location of the AT&T store and that Water and Mill Streets seemingly extend into the ocean. ~1 million cruise ship visitors per year.

This is great, AT&T will be making millions on that oil rig platform. what a fantastic marketing idea. I am impressed by Apple, they even acknowledged this store's special location. Try finding it on G Maps.

The pin for the store and the streets appear to be in the correct location...it is the map graphic that is off.

Just look at the crappy, blurry satellite view and you'll see.

Maps for Hong Kong is unusable. It's impossible to search for locations since Apple doesn't have a database of building names, essential for address finding here. Map data is much less accurate. I want to upgrade back to IOS 5.
