These include the whole of Canada, England, the Netherlands, Scotland, Sweden and Wales, as well as 32 metropolitan regions in Australia, China, and the United States.

It simply means that they are not focused on just Toronto for example. It doesn't mean EVERY single transit company or option has been added.

There are still small (and sometimes larger) regional lines that are not available yet as those companies either do not have the technology or resources to share data, or it is in process still.
