The XFL that shows up for a year, disappears and then shows up again years later?
Are you being deliberately disingenuous or were you asleep for the last 2 years?

commercial tv rights are the thing the apple may to wait on and workout before they hammered with calls from 10000+ of bars asking about how they will get the games. One has to ask why would Apple wait on this news? Assuming it is true. And, in my opinion, that would because they want to roll-out a TV package. When you think about it, it's ludicrous that Apple would let Google run away with Youtube TV with very little (real) competition, aside from basically Hulu and DirectTV.
Because third parties pay the NFL much more since they can afford to lose money on their broadcasting rights, used as a loss leader to acquire customers for their full programming lineups.
I'm one of those weirdos that loves the redzone channel over watching one game at a time. It's the greatest background noise ever.Let me have Red Zone FFS.
the teams may need to go to court to get the right to be able to market there own games to any one.I see.
So the NFL would never get $2 billion worth of subscribers like me... but a DirecTV or an Apple can spend $2 billion even if they know they won't make it back.
I just wanna pay the NFL some amount of money and have access to ANY game all season. Does this type of service exist?
It just seems like it gets more complicated when more hands are involved. (oh this particular game is only available on this service... sorry... etc...)
I love it too. But it has 100 percent destroyed NFL Football.I'm one of those weirdos that loves the redzone channel over watching one game at a time. It's the greatest background noise ever.
I have Youtube TV and they include it with the sports package for something like $11 a month.
You realize the name of this website is MacRumors, right? The rumor should be viewed as clickbait until facts come to light.
Gee, I didn't realize that after being an active member for almost 10 years. Thanks for stating the obvious. You realize the name of this website is MacRumors, right?
I have Red Zone through YouTube TV. Which works out great, since it's like 12 bucks a month for the sports package, which is way cheaper than paying for Red Zone through Sunday Ticket. Plus, with Red Zone on YouTube TV, you can watch on two different screens/devices, which you can't do with Sunday Ticket. Can’t wait for this announcement! Let’s goo.
Red Zone would be nice too… Although that’s an NFL Network exclusive.
AEW Dynamite or bust.i hope apple adds Tuesday Night WWE NXT to the TV+ lineup
Are you warning us or describing the Macrumors.com ToS?The rumor should be viewed as clickbait until facts come to light.
I had Sunday Ticket in the past and I thought they had something of RZ knockoff (but maybe I'm mistaken)Can’t wait for this announcement! Let’s goo.
