Update to my first comment as well. Seems to be working now. Possibly doing updates to the service ?
To be fair, Spotify goes down for several hours every few weeks. Did a free trial for a month, and it happened twice during the trial.Spotify is still working if anybody is interested. And you can navigate the app with ease.

I guess you're the unlucky one. All services are working great on my end. I live in the U.S.App Store, Apple Music, everything is down.
Second time in this week.
I find that the library can be slow to load on both the iPhone, or iPad. Apple Music, or just the personal iTunes library. What usually helps for me is to one quit the music app by sliding up in the app switcher, and relaunching, or restarting the device and relaunching music. If that doesn't work, leaving the music app open and just letting the device sit for a few minutes also seems to work.. Hope you get it fixed soon.The ‘resolved’ status is news to me. My Apple Music library still hasn’t loaded on iOS.
