I'm amazed (and sad) that after such a long time Germany still isn't in "a next wave of countries" to get Apple Pay.. Probably because many shops are still new to accepting credit cards - if at all.. -_-

13 million at at $9.99 per month is $1.5billion per year.

Hardly tiny.

Not exactly tiny, but still way under achieving.

100 countries = average of 130,000 people per country.

Personally I love the service, but hate the interface of the Apple Music apps.
If they fix the apps, then I think the subscribers numbers will go through the roof.

It's still the worst user experience of all the streaming services I've tried.

The best for me.

Car Driver

Aside form Siri controlling it while driving, I also really like For You. Never been a fan of Spotify's interface. Really liked Deezer when I tried that a few years ago but stuck with Spotify as it wasn't enough to get me to change.

Was a bit of work getting my playlists into Apple Music (which I've built in Spotify since 2009) - but happy with the switch.

Move to China.

I would have understood it if it made sense.
Oh. Ok. They are from nowhere basically.

And even Chinese store has such a competitive price, you always pay for what you have literally.

i'm going to assume you're not an english speaker and using a translator of some kind, word by word.

Then I can only confirm to you with one thing:
All words are not written with the help of translator.
And I refuse to comment on my first/second language.
Case closed.

i have my answer. many thanks. i'm still intrigued what you were actually saying at first before it was garbled in translation.

You're kidding right? It's so simple to use. Find music with search, add to my music, download to device and if you want you do the reverse to remove said music. A monkey could do it

Two things keep me with Spotify:
- student rate ($4.99/mo.)
- Discover Weekly, which is insanely good at predicting which music you'll like

None. Grandma/grandpa didn't turn on the trial in the first place.

How do you know this? You couldn't use the music app unless you went through the Apple Music offer which was forced prominently by Apple on almost all iPhones.

And "start three month trial" is inside a red coloured button. Yeah, it is really risky for grandpa/grandma to click that red button rather than "go to my music".

To everyone hating on Apple Music, I understand. It's been a rough transition, but when you think of the sheer number of devices they have out in the wild, Apple hasn't been doing so bad. The problem has been transitioning to a new service while shoehorning it into an already mature software feature is causing some bumps. Apple has acknowledged this and is acutely aware of the customer experience, more-so than quite a few other companies. The software will get better, they've already talked about that. They're currently re-imagining iTunes and the Music App to be a better experience as a whole, and I'd bet my bottom dollar that iOS 10 is going to have more changes than just a couple tweaks.

Indeed look at that huge beautiful red button with the word "Free"
