Hmmmm, did you try contacting support through iMessages? If not, try that; they seem to be more properly educated on the subject. Turns out actually, whilst refunds are identified as full refunds, when they actually refund you, the amount is prorated.I wouldn’t be contacting support if I got refunds. I did check purchase history. Apple one premier purchased oct 30. News+ oct 28. Apple Music family oct 26. iCloud 2tb oct 22. Arcade on son (family) iPad.
None have refunds. Apple so far has refused to. Also cannot downgrade iCloud or even cancel it. So I show 4tb available.
I’ve seen peoples screenshots of their automatic refunds. No such luck on my end under purchases.
