If you look REALLY closely you'll see the white, as the forum background has a beige tint.

Your right but it could be from the 17inch macbook pro or the small proccessor increase to the 15inch

Using Pipette, it appears the background is FAFAFA while the text is about FCFCFD (but varies due to how fonts work), so there is a slight difference.
