I’m seriously hoping they do power button Touch ID

They need to at the very least acknowledge that Face ID only is useless half the time

My worry is that if they wait until the iPhone 13 to do this then the vaccines will start to come out next year for AIDS and Touch ID won’t be as necessary

Of course I realize that the only limit here is manufacturing time. This can only happen if the power button Touch ID they made for the iPad was developed before a significant number of iPhone 12s were made, AND if this was all done before May (when most people realized AIDS was here to stay for a couple years)

I work for a big company and we do the same thing when it's black friday!

We don't know how the Apple platforms are build, but when you are a big company you probably have a lot of platforms integrated that sync one with another and after updating all, you need to make sure everything works!

I'm a web developer at a large organization with many micro services feeding into a few large public-facing applications. For various reasons, we have a rather fragile infrastructure. We still do CI/CD successfully.

I did notice about two weeks ago that low end and very good value (decent discount for outside of US) refurb Air's were suddenly gone from the refurb listings, with only a couple of expensive high er end models. Maybe they sold, or maybe I dunno, maybe it was to reduce competition within the Apple store against brand new ASi Mac Air's or MacBook Pro or more!?

My hope today is that Apple announces Final Cut Pro for iPad Pro. Come on Apple.....do it!

Very serious. Sorry you laugh at others’ misfortunes
That’s even funnier your
“Misfortunes” are u want to play Xbox games on your iPhone. Why don’t you buy a Microsoft phone, would make sense that’s who makes Xbox,
Why would apple care about people that want to play Xbox games. Try that surface book thing.

Its funny that you are unaware that Microsoft stopped making phones years ago.

Also Apple should care about the people who want to play Xbox games on their iPhone because they will lose business over this.

Before you hastily reply that they won’t... they will. Not millions of users, maybe just a few hundred. But it will / has happened.
