False. It's not "highly probable" or true.
Aside from a brief unofficial pause in advertising late last year shortly after the acquisition closed, they haven't been doing that. Some companies certainly have, but Apple has been a pretty consistent presence ever since they resumed late last year.
Musk has repeatedly cited Apple's continued presence, along with Apple's reputation for being very protective of their brand, to falsely suggest that actually Twitter is still brand-safe. Rather, it appears that Apple was waiting for something really bad so that they could "pause" and stay paused indefinitely.
The Axios link does, in fact, go into detail on what Musk said (see "State of play"). The "made on Wednesday" link points directly to the post itself.
Probably not a good idea to repeat it, but it was antisemitism.

Musk is just a terrible individual. I remember what he said about the cave guy who saved those kids back five or six years ago. Musk is human garbage with a large bank balance so I hope he loses it all.

"The ADL unjustly attacks the majority of the West, despite the majority of the West supporting the Jewish people and Israel. This is because they cannot, by their own tenets, criticize the minority groups who are their primary threat.
It is not right and needs to stop."

Pause nothing. Every responsible company should stop ads permanently and delete their accounts. We should all leave it behind and just let it die. It was a great thing, but it’s ruined by the stupidity of the man who brought it.
