You have to turn off your phone and turn it back on to activate. Mine was also not working until I did that, now Apple Cash is on. Enjoy!!!!

Have Apple released any details on international rollouts for this? The US only approach seems far too common these days - especially amongst headline features and for me, is certainly a contributing factor to me losing interest in Apple and it’s platforms.

Closing Settings allowed the toggle to appear but it’s not available.

I did that and while Apple Pay Cash came up in the setting and I toggled it and input my password, it stated that it wasn't available. So, nope, not available.

I can confirm it's not available yet in Texas. However, they just flipped the switch. I would expect the rollout to take awhile.

It's 2017. You should expect better.
