Capital One also has an app, the Capital One Wallet. I just added my Capital One card to both my iPhone and Apple Watch. When I added it to the phone, I was asked if I wanted to call or use the Cap One Wallet to verify the card. I used the latter.
By the bye, Capital One is my favorite card. When I make a purchase with it, I often get notified of the purchase while still standing at the register. Invariably I'm notified before leaving the store. My other cards are also set up to notify me, but I won't hear from them until the next day.
